CONTROLOGY

Contrology is based on the idea of muscle control. All exercises are done in a slow tempo with control.Contrology demands intense focus; the way that exercises are done is more important than the exercises themselves.The focus is on doing one precise and perfect movement.The goal for this precision is eventually to become second nature and carry over into your everyday life. Using correct posture is essential for safety, sets your body in an efficient alignment  and corrects possible muscle imbalances. The center is the focal point of the lesson. As the center we referred to the abdomen,lower and upper back, hips buttocks and inner thighs. Almost all movements in contrology begin from the center and move outward to the limbs.

FUNCTIONAL TRAINING

Functional training improves your body's ability to work efficiently as one unit. By training multiple muscle groups at the same time, you are helping your body function better as a whole system. Functional exercises train your muscles to work together as one unit and prepare them for daily tasks by simulating common movements you might do at home, at work or in sports.By training functionally, you prepare your body to perform well in a variety of common situations, because your muscles work the way they do in everyday tasks.

Intensity: Moderate to High

CROSS WORKOUT

Cross workout is made up of functional movements performed at a high intensity level.It is a form of high intensity interval training which can be effective for almost all training targetsThese movements are actions that you perform in your day-to-day life, like squatting, pulling, pushing etc.

Benefits: Lose Fat, Improve Athletic Skills, Improve Joint Flexibility, Improve Endurance/Conditioning, Build Muscles, Get Stronger

Intensity: Very High

UPPER BODY & INDOOR CYCLING

Upper body & indoor cycling is a combination of upper body training and indoor cycling. The lesson is split up in 30min. upper body and 30min. indoor cycling, or alternating each part every 15 min.

Benefits: Lose Fat, Improve Endurance/Conditioning, Build Muscles (Upper Body)
