At George Health Lab in Wassenaar, we offer Small Group Training: focused, small-scale workouts with a maximum of 6 participants. Train together with friends, family, or like-minded individuals under the guidance of an experienced trainer. You’ll receive the quality and attention of personal training – in a group setting.

The exercises focus on strength, flexibility, coordination, and endurance, depending on the training style you choose. Ideal for those who enjoy a motivating environment while still receiving personal guidance.

WHICH TRAININGS CAN YOU FOLLOW IN SMALL GROUP FORMAT?

CONTROLOGY

A calm, focused training method based on muscle control and precise execution. Contrology is all about consciously initiating movements from your ‘center’ – the core muscles of your abdomen, back, hips, and thighs. Exercises are performed slowly and in a controlled manner, with attention to posture, balance, and coordination.
